Item#: NU-99729VFTThe NuAire NU-99729VFT Blizzard™ Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer plugs in to nearly any laboratory with its ability to operate on a spectrum of electrical currents from 100-230V/50-60Hz and connect to them through a broad choice of power cords. Users can prioritize tight governance of the inner temperature by using the freezer in High Performance mode or use the more forgiving Energy Saving mode to prioritize efficiency. This model’s computer economizes energy use by turning the compressors on and off at the ideal times, which also serves to minimize the noise output. Samples are safely stored on steel shelves inside the freezer behind not only a quadruple-gasketed outer door but also a set of four single-gasketed and insulated inner doors. The outer door perimeter is implanted with heated elements that keep ice and frost buildup under control. Beyond its modern aesthetics, the touch screen allows users to easily review records of not only the freezer’s operation but also a summary of the storage and withdrawal of the numerous samples kept inside. Short-term performance is graphed on screen while long term data is downloaded via a USB port.
TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL
The NU-99729VFT offers a modern interface to the modern laboratory that displays the most important information on screen and quick access to four submenus for monitoring and configuration. Choose your set points, record sample deposits and withdrawals, graph temperature history, or download the logs for nearly any aspect of your freezer’s operation in just a few quick finger presses.
INTERACTIVE ON SCREEN GRAPH
Press the tab to view the temperature graph for the last 2 hours, day, week, or month or type in your own custom timeframe to chart the most relevant data range. From whichever one you start, continue by using your fingers on the screen to zoom in, zoom out, scroll or choose a specific moment in time and drill down to the exact temperature reading you are looking for. Finally, download years of data via the side USB port.
INSULATED & GASKETED DOORS
The outer freezer structure combines VIP and polyurethane foam to insulate the main chamber. The outer door uses quadruple gasketing to defend against the loss of cold air, while the four inner doors not only compartmentalize the interior during door openings but also provide a second line of defense through their own insulation and single gasketing. The outer door perimeter is implanted with heated elements that keep ice and frost build up under control to keep your samples isolated inside.
